One Nucleus in collaboration with Catalent will host a BioWednesday providing insights into how to classify new therapeutic drug candidates and identify issues relating to oral product development.
To anticipate and address challenges, Catalent experts will provide an overview of tools available and how coupling different technologies could improve issues with API form and bioavailability of poorly soluble compounds using technology as an enabler to deliver enhanced bioavailable drug. This will include insights into early modelling, preformulation and formulation tools and to plan for success in preclinical and early-stage clinical studies, including a focus on an integrated drug development ecosystem.
