Organised by Cambridge Enterprise as part of their Commercialisation Roadshow series, this event will feature Dr. Jason Mellad, CEO at Cambridge Epigenetix. He will give a talk about the company’s route to commercialisation and how the relationship with Cambridge Enterprise supported this journey.
Cambridge Epigenetix, a pioneer in the development of epigenetic sequencing, was founded in 2012 by Prof Shankar Balasubramanian of the Department of Chemistry. The company is focused on developing best-in-class tools to make studying DNA methylation and DNA hydroxymethylation as easy as studying DNA sequencing.
This event will provide a networking opportunity to meet like-minded people with an interest in entrepreneurship and is open to academics, postdocs and PhDs alike from across all departments at the University of Cambridge.
