A new monthly series starting in 2020 will feature talks from academics and industry scientists, highlighting advances in disease understanding and therapeutic approaches. This seminar will feature Prof Ludovic Vallier (Wellcome MRC Cambridge Stem Cell Institute) who will discuss ‘Study of liver diseases using human pluripotent stem cells’ and Dr Pal Mander (GlaxoSmithKline) who will talk about ‘Liver fibrosis and epigenetics: potential for a BETter treatment.’ Talks will be followed by a networking reception.
