The Cambridge Alliance on Medicines Safety (CAMS) is delighted to welcome Dr Chris Powell from GSK to talk about the important issue of safety studies needed to support clinical trials.

Chris is Vice President, Translational Medicine & Comparative Pathobiology at GlaxoSmithKline R&D. Previously, he worked in the UK Biopharmaceutical Industry and was Reader in Pharmaceutical and Chemical Safety at St Bartholomew’s Hospital Medical School, University of London. He is President of the British Toxicology Society, and a Fellow or member of a number of other professional bodies and committees. All are welcome, please register here if you would like to attend.
