In this workshop, Dr Claire Thompson, CEO of Agility Health Tech and University of Cambridge Expert in Residence, will guide participants through the complicated process of drug development. During the workshop, Claire will delve into the journey from the lab bench to the patient, discussing the process from initial conception to clinical trials, regulatory compliance and acquisition or commercialisation. Attendees will have opportunities to work in groups to discuss the translation and development process in general as well as bring specific questions to Claire relating to their own research.
This workshop has a limited number of spaces and places will be available on a first come first served basis. It is open to those with a University of Cambridge email address and a waitlist will be in place to prioritise for future events. Further details can be found on the registration page.
